I am a Huge Kobold fan - love the watches, the company and it's spirit of adventure and patriotism. I currently have my Phantom in for service as the crown has become stripped. This is the second time I have had this problem since I purchased it in 2010. I love this watch and really hate being without it. Wondered if I am doing something wrong with the crown to cause it to become stripped? I use the crown a fair amount as I don't wear the watch everyday and need to wind and reset it fairly frequently. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks!

Mike, try screwing the crown in a little more gently. The crown and case tube are wear-and-tear items, they aren't indestructible.
